Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Develop and manage training curriculums, including e-learning modules, workshop materials, and soft skills programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and facilitate leadership, technical, and compliance training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Manage the L&D budget and maintain relationships with external training vendors and providers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement within the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
