As a leading media company, we believe in the power of continuous growth and are seeking an individual who can design, implement, and evaluate impactful training programs that drive organizational success.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner in talent development, identifying learning needs across the organization and creating tailored solutions that enhance employee performance. You will be responsible for curating content, facilitating workshops, and leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver engaging e-learning experiences. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, facilitator guides, and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and workshops for various employee levels and departments.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading courses and tracking learner progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training feedback surveys and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to align learning strategies with business objectives and talent goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in Learning & Development to introduce innovative learning methods and technologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Instructional Design.
  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong passion for employee development, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
