  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data

  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis
  • Manage L&D budget and resources efficiently

  • Partner with HR to integrate learning initiatives into talent development frameworks

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate L&D role
  • Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience managing learning management systems (LMS)
  • Proven track record of developing leadership training programs
