Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data
- Develop engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops using adult learning methodologies
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis
- Manage L&D budget and resources efficiently
- Stay current with industry trends in learning technologies and methodologies
- Partner with HR to integrate learning initiatives into talent development frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate L&D role
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience managing learning management systems (LMS)
- Proven track record of developing leadership training programs
