Whether you're crafting onboarding programs, designing leadership workshops, or evaluating training effectiveness, you'll be instrumental in building a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis
- Develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and job aids
- Facilitate workshops on leadership development, soft skills, and technical competencies
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs, feedback analysis, and ROI calculations
- Manage L&D budget and vendor relationships for training resources
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or corporate training
- Proven experience designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex training needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience supporting international clients or multicultural teams preferred
