Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Learning Partners to ensure high-quality training delivery
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with retail industry standards
- Analyze training needs and performance metrics to design targeted development solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create learning interventions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPI tracking and feedback analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all training activities
- Stay current with retail trends to incorporate innovative learning methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development professional
- Exposure to gadget, electronics, or fashion industries is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning preferred
