Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive training modules aligned with business goals and store team requirements
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on products, processes, and soft skills
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions
- Manage and mentor a team of learning partners to ensure consistent program delivery
- Update training materials regularly to reflect product updates and process changes
- Track training ROI and report on key performance indicators to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in retail
- Proven track record of creating engaging training materials and e-learning content
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing training teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training technology tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable training strategies
