Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LMS administrators, knowledge managers, and instructional designers
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise learning management systems
- Develop and execute knowledge management strategies to enhance information accessibility and organizational learning
- Guide instructional design processes to create engaging, performance-aligned learning content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop comprehensive learning solutions
- Ensure compliance with e-learning standards and industry best practices
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in learning technologies with 2+ years in team leadership
- Expertise in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS)
- Proven track record in developing knowledge management systems
- Strong background in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Certifications in e-learning or learning technologies (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) a plus
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
