Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging learning materials including e-modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
- Deliver effective training sessions across departments while adapting to diverse learning styles
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements
- Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback analysis and performance metrics
- Manage learning management systems and ensure content accessibility
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop industry-relevant curriculum
- Stay current with learning technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE methodology
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Certification in instructional design or learning technologies (preferred)
