Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions, workshops, and coaching during assigned night shifts to support employee development.
- Collaborate closely with learners/employees and Quality Reviewers to proactively identify learning gaps and facilitate timely resolution of performance-related tickets and inquiries.
- Provide constructive, real-time feedback and guidance to enhance individual and team performance.
- Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of comprehensive learning materials, guides, and resources.
- Track and report on learner progress, training effectiveness, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding learning pathways, systems, and content.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for learning programs and support processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or a similar role, ideally within a global professional services firm or BPO setting.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work a permanent night shift schedule.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in delivering engaging training sessions and providing effective one-on-one coaching.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in reviewing and resolving inquiries.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
