Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lease administration processes including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining lease agreements
- Oversee business licensing applications, renewals, and compliance monitoring across all franchise locations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure timely documentation and fee payments
- Maintain accurate digital records of all lease and licensing documentation with version control
- Proactively track renewal deadlines and manage compliance calendars to avoid lapses
- Conduct periodic audits of lease terms and licensing requirements to ensure adherence
- Prepare comprehensive reports on lease portfolio status and compliance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in lease administration, property management, or business licensing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and business licensing procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
