Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive lease files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with prospective and existing tenants to address inquiries regarding lease terms and property details.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of lease agreements, renewals, and legal addendums.
  • Monitor rental payments and assist the finance team in tracking collections and outstanding balances.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings between leasing officers and potential clients.
  • Generate weekly and monthly occupancy reports and administrative summaries for management review.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry, and filing systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within the real estate or leasing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking and Word for document preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Immediate availability to commit to a full-time, 6-month contract.
