Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates across the commercial center.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing administration process, from inquiry handling to contract renewal.
- Coordinate with prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, and close commercial lease agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in Cebu to ensure our offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Ensure all leasing policies and operational procedures are strictly aligned with corporate standards.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports, occupancy analysis, and revenue forecasts for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost property visibility and attract high-quality commercial tenants.
- Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Strong background in contract administration and property documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple lease accounts simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Deep understanding of the Mandaue City and Cebu commercial real estate landscape is a strong advantage.
