In this role, you will play a vital part in our expansion strategy, ensuring that tenant documentation, space tracking, and leasing workflows are handled with precision.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and organize comprehensive lease files and tenant documentation for construction sites.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure construction timelines align with leasing requirements.
  • Prepare, process, and track lease agreements and amendments accurately.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants and manage site viewing schedules.
  • Update and maintain the internal database for space occupancy and vacancy tracking.
  • Assist the leasing team in preparing reports regarding tenant performance and space utilization.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders, contractors, and potential lessees.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably in leasing, real estate, or construction environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
