- Identify and evaluate potential leasing opportunities aligned with company expansion strategy
- Conduct market research to analyze property values, rental rates, and competitor positioning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and developers
- Prepare professional lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate property viewings and lease documentation processes
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support retail tenant integration
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial/retail leasing or property management
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close complex deals
- Deep knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Results-oriented with ability to meet performance targets
- Valid Malaysian Real Estate Agency license (if applicable)
