Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire prospective commercial and retail tenants.
- Conduct professional property viewings and present lease opportunities to potential clients.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements, renewals, and related legal documentation.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and tenant demands.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing tenants to maximize retention.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and property management teams to execute strategic leasing campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial leasing, property sales, or real estate agency operations.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and leasing targets.
- Strong understanding of property laws, lease agreement frameworks, and real estate market dynamics in Banten/Tangerang.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software tools.
