- Conduct regular property viewings and tours for prospective tenants to showcase available units.
- Market and advertise properties through various channels to maximize occupancy rates.
- Negotiate lease terms, prices, and conditions with potential clients to secure agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease agreements, client interactions, and property status.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling activities.
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure timely maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in the renewal process for existing lease agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage for site visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team-oriented environment.
