Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, road shows, and short-term leasing activities.
- Manage incoming inquiries from walk-in customers and potential tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and analyze competitor activities.
- Negotiate and close leasing agreements to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all leasing activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotional activities align with leasing goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail leasing, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
