Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule site visits, property viewings, and meetings for the leasing team.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage lease agreements, addendums, and internal correspondence.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all tenant records and property documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective tenants and external agents.
- Track leasing metrics and prepare weekly status reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings for various platforms.
- Oversee office supplies and ensure all administrative workflows are operating at peak efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or leasing support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital document management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Residency in or near Cainta, Rizal is preferred for accessibility.
