Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end leasing operations including property marketing, viewings, and lease documentation
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and competitive positioning
- Prepare comprehensive lease agreements ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and address maintenance or operational concerns promptly
- Generate regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial leasing or property management experience
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease negotiations
- Strong understanding of Malaysian property laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
