- Drive leasing activities to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue targets for the mall
- Identify, attract, and onboard new retail tenants through market research and networking
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements favorable to the mall's interests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new leasing opportunities
- Collaborate with mall operations team to resolve tenant concerns promptly
- Prepare leasing reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in leasing, sales, or property management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding leasing targets in commercial real estate
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to draft and review lease agreements
- Strong analytical skills for market research and tenant viability assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
