We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of leasing activities for our residential properties under the Group. You will develop and execute effective leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize rental income. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a proven track record in lease negotiations and tenant relationship management.
As Leasing Manager, you will lead the leasing team in marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and screening potential tenants. You will also negotiate lease terms, prepare lease documents, and ensure all agreements are in compliance with Malaysian property laws. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high tenant satisfaction and retention rates. You will collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling property listings and with the property management team to ensure timely maintenance and turnover of units.

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Market available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants.
- Prepare and review lease agreements ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and address any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with property management teams for maintenance, repairs, and turnover processes.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in residential properties.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property laws and leasing regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Valid real estate license or certification is a plus.
