Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets and revenue goals
- Manage end-to-end leasing operations including property marketing, tenant screening, and lease documentation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and positioning strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless tenant move-in experiences and satisfaction
- Prepare detailed leasing performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of leasing experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and occupancy goals in Jakarta market
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex commercial/residential leases
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian property regulations and leasing compliance
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., MRI, Yardi) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
