Join Lima Land, Inc. as a Leasing Manager and become the driving force behind our property portfolio's revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end leasing operations, from market analysis and property marketing to tenant acquisition and lease agreement finalization. You'll leverage your strategic expertise to optimize occupancy rates, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure exceptional tenant experiences while maintaining strict compliance with real estate regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants
- Manage end-to-end lease lifecycle from marketing to documentation and renewal
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and positioning
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Collaborate with marketing and maintenance teams to enhance property appeal
- Generate regular reports on leasing performance and revenue metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property leasing or real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding leasing targets and revenue goals
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable lease terms
- Expert knowledge of local real estate market regulations and practices
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
