- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue for assigned properties.
- Identify and actively pursue new leasing opportunities through an extensive professional network and market research.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and demand drivers.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with property management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless leasing operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leasing management within the real estate or property development sector, preferably in Cebu or the Philippines.
- Demonstrated strong network and established connections within the commercial, retail, and/or residential real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM/property management software.
