Are you a strategic leader with a keen eye for retail trends? Advisory Singapore is looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager to lead our operations at a premier retail mall in the Central Region.
As the Leasing Manager, you will report directly to the Centre Manager, playing a crucial role in driving the commercial success of the property. You will be responsible for the full leasing lifecycle, from tenant acquisition and lease negotiation to ongoing lease administration and marketing support. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of tenants in one of Singapore's most vibrant shopping districts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the leasing strategy for the mall, identifying and securing new tenants to optimize occupancy and rental income.
- Manage lease administration, including reviewing lease renewals, rent reviews, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and optimize rental rates.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events and promotional activities to drive footfall and enhance tenant sales.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates and address their leasing needs.
- Prepare and present regular leasing reports, including sales performance and market trends, to the Centre Management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail leasing, property management, or mall management in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore retail market, leasing cycles, and property law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Valid Singapore Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred.
