Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential tenants, including local SMEs and national retail brands, to fill available spaces.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to prospective clients to showcase property benefits and mall foot traffic.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract renewals in accordance with company policies to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and integration.
- Prepare comprehensive leasing reports, market analysis, and revenue projections for management.
- Maintain a proactive database of leads and build strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure long-term retention.
- Ensure all lease documentation complies with legal standards and internal audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and leasing targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and high-level negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local retail market in Bacolod and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work independently.
