Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the leasing portfolio for properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential tenants
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure properties are in optimal condition
- Market available properties through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing tenants
- Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and pricing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in property leasing or real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
