Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end leasing process including property viewings, application screening, and lease documentation
- Develop and execute property marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market analysis to optimize pricing and positioning of rental units
- Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties meet leasing standards
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing tenants
- Track leasing metrics and prepare regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in property leasing or sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driving license for property inspections
- Knowledge of local property market regulations and trends
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
