Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire property leasing process including marketing, viewings, and application processing
- Conduct thorough property inspections and prepare detailed reports for potential tenants
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Coordinate property maintenance and renovation activities to ensure properties are in optimal condition
- Track leasing metrics and provide regular reports on occupancy rates and leasing performance
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional materials for available properties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property leasing or real estate sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Strong negotiation abilities and closing skills
- Proficient in property management software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Singapore property laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
