Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential retail tenants and business opportunities for Gajah Mada Plaza.
- Manage the full leasing lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract signing.
- Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals and minimize turnover.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote available spaces and organize tenant activation events.
- Analyze leasing data and market trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal and commercial requirements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property leasing, preferably within the retail or mall sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
