- Source and identify prospective tenants to fill empty retail spaces at Senayan Park
- Conduct market research to understand tenant requirements and market trends
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates
- Present leasing options and negotiate terms with potential tenants
- Manage the entire leasing process from initial contact to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform leasing strategies
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial leasing or retail sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's retail market and business landscape
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
