- Process and reconcile lease payments for retail clients with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized financial records for all lease agreements and payment transactions
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through vendor communication and audit trails
- Prepare monthly reports on payable activities for financial review and client transparency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align lease terms with payment processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and financial regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable with retail industry exposure
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex financial discrepancies
