- Prospect, onboard, and manage relationships with premium retail tenants

- Negotiate lease agreements, incentives, and terms that maximize profitability
- Analyze competitor activities and consumer behavior to refine leasing approaches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create tenant-specific promotional campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail leasing experience with 2+ years in senior capacity
