Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective tenants
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements ensuring favorable terms for both parties
- Manage tenant relationships throughout the leasing lifecycle, from inquiry to renewal
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available properties through various channels
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant data, and property availability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify leasing opportunities
- Coordinate with property management teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Knowledge of local real estate market and leasing regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to properties as needed
