Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or commercial property leasing
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's real estate market dynamics
- Expertise in lease agreement drafting and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in property management software and market analysis tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
