Tanggung Jawab
- Lead LEED certification process for data center projects from pre-design to post-occupancy
- Conduct energy modeling and sustainability assessments using industry-standard tools
- Design and implement green building strategies for data center infrastructure
- Prepare documentation for LEED credit submissions and compliance reporting
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate sustainable practices
- Monitor and verify energy efficiency and environmental performance metrics
- Stay current with evolving green building standards and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or Architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in green building consulting
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, IVE)
- Knowledge of data center sustainability standards (ASHRAE 90.4, TIER)
- Experience with LEED v4.1 and WELL Building Standards
- Strong analytical and project management skills
