Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files with precision and confidentiality
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal materials, including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
  • Coordinate communications between legal team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems for efficient document retrieval
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for the legal department
  • Perform legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and other financial documents related to legal matters
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing legal documents

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a legal administrative assistant or in a similar role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
