Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and correspondence, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents, notices, and filings to ensure strict adherence to procedural deadlines.
  • Maintain and organize accurate, confidential physical and digital filing systems for case files and legal records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments for legal professionals and clients.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support ongoing cases and legal matters.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, faxes, and mail, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or diploma in Law, Legal Executive, or Secretarial Studies is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a legal administrative or paralegal capacity.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and administrative best practices.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) with a professional tone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive legal information.
