Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence management
- Maintain and organize legal files, case documents, and electronic records with precision
- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, and court appearances efficiently
- Manage calendar systems, travel arrangements, and office supplies for legal teams
- Prepare and process legal invoices, expense reports, and billing documentation
- Conduct preliminary legal research and compile case materials as requested
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols and data security standards
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in legal or professional services environment
