8990 Housing Development Corporation is looking for a motivated Legal and Admin Assistant to support our Cabanatuan City office. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the legal department, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with external counsel, and handling confidential correspondence. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely retrieval of records.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide highâlevel administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Process and monitor legal deadlines, reminders, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelorâs degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problemâsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
