- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations affecting company operations
- Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research on emerging regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in legal compliance or corporate law roles
- Strong knowledge of Philippine business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
