Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of corporate legal documentation and business licensing (OSS, NIB, IMB, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of all operational permits and licenses to avoid business disruptions.
- Conduct legal research and provide internal advisory on local regulations affecting business operations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, notaries, and legal consultants.
- Draft, review, and maintain corporate contracts, agreements, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in managing litigation or administrative disputes if they arise.
- Prepare regular reports regarding the status of company permits and regulatory compliance to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in legal and licensing, preferably in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business laws, company regulations, and the OSS RBA system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with government officials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative deadlines with high precision.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management systems.
