As a Legal Assistant, you will act as a key liaison between the legal department and internal project teams, ensuring compliance with local laws and construction regulations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Draft, review, and organize corporate contracts, lease agreements, and construction-related legal documents.
  • Assist in preparing board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, and other corporate governance documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies (such as SEC, HLURB/DHSUD, BIR, and local government units) for permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital legal archives, ensuring confidential files are secure and easily accessible.
  • Conduct legal research on construction laws, labor regulations, and corporate compliance issues.
  • Track contract expiration dates, renewal timelines, and regulatory deadlines to prevent compliance risks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field (Juris Doctor units or Paralegal certification is a strong advantage).
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine corporate laws, contracts, and local government permitting processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management systems.
  • High level of professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
