Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist attorneys with document preparation, including drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained and accessible
  • Conduct legal research using online databases and legal resources to support case preparation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances while maintaining attorneys' calendars
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel regarding case updates and requirements
  • Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and agencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and client data
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness lists

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal highly desirable
  • Proficiency in legal research methods and legal document management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
