As a Legal Assistant I, you will work under the supervision of the Municipal Legal Officer to facilitate smooth legal operations. Your role involves a blend of administrative support, legal research, and document preparation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including affidavits, contracts, and municipal ordinances.
  • Conduct preliminary legal research on statutes, judicial decisions, and legal articles to support case preparation.
  • Maintain a systematic filing and tracking system for all legal documents, case files, and correspondence.
  • Prepare administrative reports and summaries of legal proceedings for the Municipal Legal Officer.
  • Coordinate with various municipal departments to collect evidence or documentation required for legal reviews.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling administrative hearings and meetings for the legal department.
  • Ensure all legal records are kept confidential and handled according to government data privacy standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of college education (Bachelor's degree in Legal Management or related field preferred).
  • Career Service (Sub-professional) / First Level Eligibility is required for this position.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication in English and Filipino; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of the Local Government Code and Philippine administrative laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be a person of high integrity and professional ethics.
