Tanggung Jawab
- Lead land acquisition due diligence, title verification, and zoning compliance for coastal development projects
- Manage regulatory permitting processes across local, provincial, and national authorities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts including construction, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks for environmental, labor, and corporate governance
- Provide strategic legal counsel to executive team on project risks and regulatory changes
- Oversee external legal counsel relationships and litigation management
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure smooth project approvals and renewals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with S.H. qualification; Master's degree or Advocate certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in real estate, corporate law, or construction projects
- Proven expertise in Indonesian land acquisition regulations and permit processes
- Strong contract negotiation skills with experience in construction and development agreements
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental and zoning laws
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple complex legal matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies
