Sari Rasa Group, the parent company of the iconic Sate Khas Senayan, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Legal Assistant Manager to join our dynamic corporate team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our legal operations, ensuring that our expanding culinary footprint operates within a robust framework of compliance and risk management.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, managing corporate secretarial duties, and providing actionable legal advice to various departments. You will work closely with senior management on high-stakes strategic projects, helping to mitigate legal risks while facilitating business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial, vendor, and operational agreements to protect company interests.
- Manage corporate legal administration, including business licenses, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to internal management teams regarding day-to-day operations and risk assessment.
- Monitor changes in government regulations and industry standards, ensuring full corporate compliance across all outlets.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, board resolutions, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels and government authorities as required for specific litigation or complex regulatory matters.
- Lead internal legal training sessions to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate law or a legal department within a reputable law firm or company.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Company Law, Labor Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Possession of a PERADI license (Advocate) is considered a significant advantage.
