In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our operational integrity, managing vital documentation, and upholding the highest standards of corporate compliance.
As a Legal Associate, you will act as a guardian of company processes, working closely with various internal departments to verify vendor documentation and ensure that all business registrations remain current and compliant with Indonesian regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough verification and validation of all vendor contracts and supporting documentation to ensure legal and company standard compliance.
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end registration processes, including business permits and licenses, to ensure zero gaps in operational legality.
- Provide expert legal support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements to protect company interests.
- Maintain an organized and accessible legal database for all company permits, contracts, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement departments to resolve legal discrepancies in vendor profiles.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Indonesian corporate and labor laws, providing recommendations for internal policy adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a retail or multinational corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business law, vendor management, and regulatory filing procedures.
- Proven ability to interpret legal documents and translate complex clauses into actionable business insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent proficiency in legal drafting.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
