Join our dynamic legal team as a Legal Associate at Private Advertiser, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's interests through expert legal counsel. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying, analyzing, and mitigating legal risks across all business operations. You will conduct in-depth legal research to stay abreast of evolving regulations and precedents, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage for the organization.
As a key member of our legal department, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents, ensuring they align with company objectives and protect against potential liabilities. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting complex legal issues and providing clear, actionable advice to stakeholders at all levels.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect company interests
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry regulations that may impact the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal considerations into business processes
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and external communications as required
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) from an accredited institution with a strong academic record
- Admitted to the Indonesian Bar (Advokat) and in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
