As a Legal Associate, you will gain exposure to complex corporate transactions, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate and commercial documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory compliance and corporate law
- Provide legal advice to clients on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial transactions
- Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions and commercial arrangements
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documentation for internal and external use
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders regarding legal matters
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in corporate and commercial legislation
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to deliver high-quality legal services to clients
Kualifikasi
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification in law from a recognized institution
- 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
- Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software applications
